We don’t offer returns on change of mind so please choose carefully.

We offer 30 days from date of purchase for returns on items. These items MUST be unworn, unopened, no marks or stains and must have all tags still attached. They must also be returned in original packaging it was received in. E.g., shoe box, dust bag, hygiene protection sticker ect.

All costs associated with returning an item will be at the purchaser’s expense.

We do not accept returns on Sale items or promotional items.

We also cannot accept returns on some products for hygiene purposes like dummy’s, teethers, some beauty products and earrings.

Pre- loved items are secondhand items and therefor are not brand new and will or could have some imperfections like marks or pulls. It is very important you read the description of the listing to gain a clear idea of the item you are purchasing before doing so as we will not accept returns for any wear and tear on these items that has clearly been listed before purchase. Once we receive your item back in store, we will make sure all above conditions of returns are met before offering an exchange or refund.
